This is an excellent workshop for anyone wishing to set goals in any aspect of their life led by Gemma Hillier-Moses, our MOVE Charity Founder, 5k Your Way co-founder and Cancer Rehab Instructor.

This workshop is led by the fantastic Sarah Russell MSc, she is a Clinical Exercise Specialist, a Clinical Pilates Instructor, the author of The Bowel Cancer Recovery Toolkit and the Founder of The Ostomy Studio.
It's fair to say Sarah is a renowned expert in her field and this is a brilliant workshop aimed at those who are 4 weeks (or more) post op after any type of abdominal surgery including stoma, stoma reversal or any other type.
