In January 2021 we were delighted to partner with ERDINGER Alkoholfrei for our very first ERDINGER 5k Your Way Challenge. It was so popular that we brought the event back for 2022 and we are so excited to be bringing the challenge back for a third year in 2023!
This year we've shaken things up a bit and added an additional optional challenge. We will be having 3 Team Captains, who are past and present professional ERDINGER Alkoholfrei triathletes : Lucy Gossage, Tom Davis and Nikki Bartlett. This is to add a bit of extra fun and competitiveness to each week's challenge.
When you register, just select either 'Team Lucy', 'Team Tom' or 'Team Nikki' from the Team dropdown list - you must select one of the three!
Taking part in the Team Captain's event is optional of course but we will also announce the Team with the most participants, so every one of your 5KYW counts.

There are five challenges in January, each one starting on a 'Freiday' and lasting a week.
Each week, your challenge is to use your body to move 5K Your Way.
Run, walk, cycle, kayak, or any other modality of self-powered movement you enjoy.
If 5K in one go is too much, no problem at all- you can amalgamate a few shorter distances together (just enter the combined time).
Each weekly challenge costs £5 which all goes directly to us!
If you didn’t enter in time, you can enter any time up to the following Thursday.
You can enter your time manually, use the integrated stopwatch on your Ticket, or link your Garmin Connect account to have that upload automatically. For instructions on how to enter your times see this page, if you need additional help there's an FAQ page as well.
Each Monday we are encouraging everyone to share their pictures of how they did their 5K their way on the ERDINGER Alkoholfrei Facebook page or the ERDINGER Alkoholfrei Instagram tagging in their Team Captain. We will be giving out a selection of Spot Prizes to encourage you!
