Starting in lockdown, March 2020, we have been developing a group of resources to inspire and support you to be active whether you have just been diagnosed with cancer, are undergoing treatment for cancer or are recovering after cancer treatment.
We have interviews with inspiring people doing incredible things despite a cancer diagnosis.
We have educational Q+As with expert professionals where we answer your questions around exercise and cancer. We are soon to launch workshops on a variety of topics. Like how to manage fatigue.
And we have a number of ‘Move Your Way’ workouts delivered by cancer rehab specialists for you to do in your own time.
